ChatBelt is a web application that allows users to send prompts to multiple AI language models simultaneously and compare their responses side by side. The Service acts as an interface layer between users and third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our express permission

5. API Keys & Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. When using the Service, your prompts are transmitted to these providers according to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. If you choose to provide your own API keys ("BYO Keys"), you are responsible for compliance with the respective provider's terms and any associated costs.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses generated by third-party AI models. Each provider's usage policies and content restrictions apply to your use of their models through our Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by ChatBelt and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and any original content you create. AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the respective AI providers.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are solely responsible for evaluating and relying on any AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatBelt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
